Our families are our greatest ambassadors! Many new families hear about St. Charles School from one of our existing families. We value your support and willingness to promote St. Charles and want to reward you for sharing your positive experiences with others. To show our appreciation, we have created a New Family Referral Program. Starting on May 13, 2022, through the New Family Referral Program, your family can receive a $250 tuition credit for referral that results in a new Preschool-8th grade student being enrolled at St. Charles. Thank you for helping us spread the word about the success, academic excellence, and traditions of STC!
How do I refer a new student?
To make a referral, simply complete the New Student Referral Form prior to when the new family makes initial contact with STC.

The Fine Print
- To qualify, referrals must be identified by the new family during the application process.
- The student(s) must be new to St. Charles School and cannot have previously attended.
- Referring family will be notified of new family's enrollment and eligibility for referral bonus once the new family has been accepted and completed the enrollment process.
- Should more than one current family refer a new family who enrolls, the tuition credit will be split evenly between the two families.
- Tuition credit is $250 per student that enrolls, attends St. Charles for the first semester of the school year, and continues enrollment in January.
- The tuition credit will be applied to your FACTS account at the beginning of their second semester of enrollment.
- The tuition credit may not be applied to non-tuition fees (summer programs, cafeteria, athletic fee, academic fee, etc.) and may not be converted to cash.
